Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a powerful therapeutic approach that helps clients to release the effects of trauma from the body and mind. If you're struggling with the lingering effects of past trauma or physical injuries, Somatic Experiencing can help.By focusing on the physical sensations associated with traumatic experiences, clients can learn to regulate their nervous systems and achieve a greater sense of peace, well-being, and resilience.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a powerful therapeutic approach that views human beings as complex systems comprised of multiple, interdependent parts. Whether you are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety or addiction, IFS views your symptoms as the result of the underlying parts that are seeking to protect you. In therapy, we work together to access these parts and understand their motivations, in order to heal and integrate the entire system. With IFS, you can unlock your full potential and discover the root causes of your struggles, paving the way for true emotional growth and transformation.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where my clients can explore their emotions and work towards creating new ways of regulating their nervous system. My goal is to help my clients build resiliency, self-trust, and a , so they can move towards a life of greater connection and fulfillment.

Existential Therapy: Existential therapy focuses on exploring the meaning of life and the individual's place in the universe. It may touch upon existential questions and spiritual concerns, making room for mystical and metaphysical exploration.

-
Jungian Analysis: Based on the theories of Carl Jung, Jungian analysis delves into the collective unconscious, archetypes, and symbolic imagery. It often intersects with mystical and metaphysical beliefs through exploration of spiritual themes and symbolism.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
(DBT)
DBT is grounded in the concept of dialectics, which recognizes the inherent tension between opposing ideas or beliefs. In the context of therapy, this means balancing acceptance and change. DBT incorporates a blend of cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices to help individuals develop greater emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and self-acceptance.
These skills are designed to improve their ability to manage stress, navigate relationships, and regulate intense emotions. DBT is known for its comprehensive and structured approach, making it an effective treatment for individuals struggling with emotional dysregulation and complex psychological challenges.
